Paul (Fuzzy) Moersen was professional, smart, and very resourceful in selling our home in Mount Airy,
Md. He actually "dug in" and helped with renovations to our home and patio. Our house was on the market for 5 months with another realtor who did not seem to help the sell of the house. Once I
cancelled our contract with him, my best friend recommended Fuzzy. He sold their home with no
problems. Fuzzy and his associates sold our home in less then 60 days. Additionally, he was amazing at

Paul is a friend from college who I hired to help me find my first home in DC. As a first time home
buyer, I needed a ton of coddling and Paul was up to the task, from search to close. DC was fairly new to
Paul at that time but he quickly familiarized himself with the all of the neighborhoods. Within a month
or two he had researched any home sold or on the market in the last two years, in all of the
neighborhoods which I was considering. For each of the 20+ properties we went to see, Paul had fully
researched recent local comps and comps for similar properties in other neighborhoods. He was
extremely patient with me, as our search took around 8 months.During the inspection, a few minor
problems came up (light switch, power panel cover, sink) , Paul and his father offered to fix them for me,
which was great. The closing process was also smooth. In addition, his father created ballasts to hang
two mirrors for me, cut to size. I would recommend Paul to anyone looking for real estate in DC or
Maryland (where we both grew up). He listened to the things that were important to me and we landed
on the perfect place .
